The Build Team Judy Houck-Eli, was born in Tully, New York, she moved to West Virginia in 1981. Judy has a varied educational background including food service administration, culinary chef, vocational teaching, business office management and 8 years residential and commercial construction experience. Judy is currently working for Huffman Corporation as a coordinator for non-construction site coordinator activities on current site. Judy has been married for over 17 years.
